No good deed goes unpunished. I’ll bet anything she just stupidly didn’t bother actually reading your e-mail until later, and got so embarrassed that she had to try to make you feel like you were in the wrong instead of her.

Which unfortunately, in my experience makes her about typical among property managers I’ve ever had to deal with.

“Sarah Bareilles: Gravity: This is a fairly newer song, but it’s in my top 10 favorite songs of all time. There’s so much emotion. I cried the first time I heard it. I had reservations about adding it at first, because it’s so slow, but in the end I decided it was too good NOT to include.”

This song makes me CRY every time I hear it. I LOVE IT! You are my hero for putting it on the playlist.
