I can't define or quantify is.I did watch #7. I like how the father figure seemed to encourage the daughter to be happy. Why did they have to kill that actor's character on Criminal Minds?

Something about “Someone Like You” gets on my nerves. The average person doesn't understand or just doesn't care about photo copyrights. I expect a little more about of other entities though, especially media. As it stands, I'm not angry over the photo being a part of the series. I'm honored by it. I just wish I had been asked or notified first. Meh.

I agree with what you, Marc. Unfortunately that's the problem with Flickr. The "Average Joe" assumes everything on the internet is free if he doesn't have to enter a password or credit card #, and is there for the taking. They wouldn't scroll around to see the licensing that's low to the right, nor understand it if they did.Keep taking awesome pics!

I agree with you 100% and I don’t think you even need to apologize. That was disrespectful of your rights to the photo. You didn't CC license the photo.I'm like you - I'm usually cool with allowing photos to be used, but let me know and ask me first. And don't cheat me out of my compensation, be it money, a copy of the book, or just the plain credit, even if the credit is private. You were robbed of that credit.

I think the thing that irritates me is that if you never gave permission, who decided to go ahead and use it for the TV spot? Now if I could just wrap my pride up to keep it from stopping me, I would call. I'm getting there. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. :)It's kind of sad about blogs, isn't it?Merry Christmas to you, as well.

Marcia…you are absolutely right. Really. we lived less than a mile apart and it was awkward for years. my dad wouldnt go to family dinners. vice versa. it hurts everybody. and for what ... a few words said in haste or temper. in our case, the bridge is still there.
You cant recapture those years. they're gone. Good or Bad memories, Family is forever. Children need the good memories and to learn from how u and your sister solve your differences now. i would ask myself will it matter in 150 years? dont lose the good times. please. i apologize if i have ever been critical in the past. i'm surprised to see your blog highlighted on my Reader list. blogs seem to be a thing of the past with twitter and Facebook.
