Gennie, Your tribute to John Cooper was sincere, and well-researched. Here’s how I remember the victims of 9/11. Each year, I have my students research the events of 9/11 and write a poem to pay tribute to the victims of that horrific day! Again, I loved this blog post!!

Thank you for your kind comment, Joe. I think it’s easy to forget how united and how much love we can show each other. It’s easy to get lost in bickering and politics. I’m guilty of it myself. That’s why it’s important to remember these folks, because even if it’s just one day a year, we remember what it was like and how we felt and we can honor them by just loving each other…even for a day.
