There’s just way too much political crap going on around here lately. Let’s lighten the mood up with a video of my three month old cockatiel, Baby. She’s been singing her pretty little head off all day long, but the moment I turn my camera on, she locks up and refuses to be be sing. We just taught her how to do the wolf whistle (aka: sexy lady cat call) and she’ll do it over and over and over for like 30 minutes straight. I was trying to catch that…but she wasn’t having it. I’ve also taught her how to say “hey”, which is why I keep repeating it. I really wasn’t trying to be rude to my birdie.
I’ll get her by the end of the day. Stay tuned…

Quite the talker, Baby is!

She won’t shut up sometimes. She’s just like a two year old…the more you turn up the tv or radio, the louder she gets. It just gets to a point, after 30 and 40 minutes, that I have to put her in her cage, where she usually quiets down. She’s quite the little chatterbox. This video really doesn’t do her justice.
